I just landed what might ultimately be a massive design job. It could end up making a full-time employee of the company, eventually.

I can't say too much but so far it's going to entail logo/branding, stationary, several web sites and eventually marketing packages for the smaller entities.

I trying to set up a meeting with the PTB's for next week, hopefully I'll be feeling better by then.

UPDATE:

I am officially titled Art Director. No name for the company, yet...we're working on that but I couldn't really tell you kids anyway...legalities and such. Though I'm not actually an employee yet, hopefully I will be soon.

I haven't been on the schedule at the store for the last month (I was but the hours got cut b/c of a manager meeting that went waaaayyy over). My part-time gig at the law firm my mom works for is an "on-call" position. I kinda got them caught up. This means that I'm basically unemployed again.


UPDATE 2:

Well, the Marketing Director person submitted lots of names for the people in charge to choose for the company's name. That was almost 2 weeks ago. Last week, I emailed the Research Assistant who sent back "we will submit a work request order when we are ready to proceed". The Marketing Director person also has not heard from them.
